Die Wohnung verfügt über eine mit Sonne überflutende Terrasse, eine große Küche, ein Badezimmer und einen laminierten Boden, sowie die zwei Einzelzimmer.
Bei Bedarf kann auch der Kleiderschrank des alten Mitbewohners abgekauft werden.

The apartment has a sun-drenched roof terrace, a large kitchen, a bathroom and a laminated floor, as well as the 2 seperate rooms of course.
If necessary, the wardrobe of the old roommate can also be purchased.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Kürenz. Zur Universität, zum Bahnhof als auch zur Stadtmitte gelangt man mit dem Bus in kürzester Zeit (höchstens 15 min), die Bushaltestelle befindet sich geradezu vor der Haustür.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß, sowie mit dem Bus ebenso einfach zu erreichen.
The apartment is located in the quarter "Kürenz". You can reach the university, the train station and the city center with bus in a short time (max. 15 min.), the bus stop is right in front of the door.
Shopping possibilities are easy to reach by bus and by foot.
Ich bleibe in der WG. Ich bin Jura-Student im 2. Semester an der Uni Trier. Ich spreche Deutsch, Englisch und lerne momentan Spanisch. In meiner Freizeit schaue ich gerne Filme und Serien, zocke und gehe ab und zu mit Freunden einen trinken. Das Leben in der Wg gestaltet sich von daher eher ruhig.
I will remain in the flat. Im a 2nd Semester law student at the university in Trier. I speak german, English and a little but of spanish (it´s at a very basic level still though). I like to watch movies and series, and now and then i go out drinking with friends.
Zusätzlich zur Miete muss noch Strom und Internet bezahlt werden was zusammen auf ca 70€ kommt, was wir allerdings zu zweit bezahlen würden somit käme noch mal ca 35€ monatlich auf die Miete drauf. Spülmaschine ist vorhanden, Waschmaschine nicht, allerdings kann im Keller eine Waschmaschine angeschlossen werden.
In addition to the rent electricity and internet has to be paid. This accumilate together about 70 €, which we would however pay together, thus you would have to pay about 35 € monthly on top of the rent. We have a dishwasher. The possibility to instal a washing machine is givven.
