Hey! Da ich die WG diesen Monat verlasse, wird ein Platz in einer tollen WG mitten in Trier frei. Dein Zimmer ist mit 32m² das größte in der WG. Bei Bedarf kann das Bettgestell sowie der kleine Schreibtisch kostenfrei übernommen werden. Wir sind keine Zweck WG, sondern suchen jemanden der Lust hat sich langfristig auf unsere kleines gemütliches WG-Leben einzulassen.
Die WG befindet sich im 3. Stock in der Roonstraße 1. In der Küche befinden sich alle notwendigen Utensilien um dich kulinarisch auszutoben und Zutaten wie z.B. Gewürze werden innerhalb der WG geteilt. Im Badezimmer findest du neben der Waschmaschiene zusätlich einen Getränkekühlschrank.
Im Innenhof hast du außerdem die Möglichkeit dein Fahrrad witterunsgeschützt unter zu stellen. Außerdem gehört zu der Wohnung auch noch ein Kellerabteil, den du zukünftih nutzen kannst.
Bei der Warmmiete ist alles inklusive (Internet, GEZ, Strom, Nebenkostenpuffer), es kommen also keine weiteren monatlichen Kosten auf dich zu. Lediglich kommt einmal im Jahr eine Nebenkostenabrechnung des Vermieters auf uns zu.

Hey, as I'm leaving the shared flat this month, I have a vacancy in a great shared flat in the middle of Trier. Your room is the largest in the shared flat with 32m². If required, the bed frame and the small desk can be taken over free of charge. We are not a special purpose flat share, but are looking for someone who would like to get involved in our small, cozy flat share for the long term.
The flat share is located on the 3rd floor in Roonstraße 1. In the kitchen, you will find all the necessary utensils to let off steam in the kitchen and ingredients such as spices are shared within the flat share. In the bathroom, you will find a washing machine and a drinks fridge.
In the inner courtyard, you also have the option of storing your bike out of the weather. The apartment also has a cellar compartment that you can use in the future.
Everything is included in the warm rent (internet, GEZ, electricity, service charge buffer), so there are no additional monthly costs for you. We will only receive a utility bill from the landlord once a year.
Die Roonstraße bietet dir die beste Lage in Trier! Von hier aus kannst du zum Entspannen in wenigen Minuten die Mosel oder den Palastgarten erreichen, befindest dich aber auch nah am Hauptbahnhof um direkt zur Uni oder zur Fachhochschule zu gelangen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie REWE, Kaufland, Aldi, Edeka, verschiedene Bäcker oder Metzger sind fußläufig in höchstens 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Ebenso verhält es sich mit der Fußgängerzone an der Porta Nigra, diese erreichst du auch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß.

In der WG wohnen noch Manuel (34) der sein Studium in Umweltwissenschaften abgeschlossen hat und Beto (32) der berufstätig in Luxemburg unterwegs ist. Wir unternehmen oft gemeinsame Dinge wie Kochen, Sport oder Diskutieren über alles Mögliche bei einem Bier/Wein in unserer WG-Küche. Du hast also immer die Möglichkeit, jemanden zu Quatschen zu finden. Es ist dir aber auch keiner Böse, wenn du deine Ruhe haben möchtest und in deinem Zimmer bleibst. Wir sind keine Zweck WG, sondern suchen jemanden der Lust hat sich langfristig auf unsere kleines gemütliches WG-Leben einzulassen.

We often do things together such as cooking, sports or discussing all sorts of things over a beer/wine in our shared kitchen. So you always have the opportunity to find someone to chat with. But nobody will be angry if you want to have some peace and quiet and stay in your room. We are not a special purpose flat share, but are looking for someone who would like to get involved in our small, cozy flat share for the long term.
