Ich suche zum 01.06.10 eine/n netten Nachmieter/in für mein 14m²- Zimmer in einer schönen 3er-WG. Die Mitbewohnerin (23) und der Mitbewohner (22) sind sehr nett. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung 65m² groß, hell und wurde 2006 erst neu saniert. Die Wohnung bietet eine große Küche, ein komfortables Bad mit Badewanne und einen schönen Holzdielenboden. Jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen Telefonanschluss, Telefon- und Internetflatrate sind im Mietpreis schon enthalten, genauso wie die Stromkosten. Das Zimmer hat einen Sat-Anschluss. Die Busanbindungen sind ideal, es sind nur 5min bis zur nächsten Haltestelle, von der aus man in 6min an der Porta Nigra ist. Die FH ist in 10min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu genüge vorhanden, LIDL, ALDI und Kaufland sind nur etwa 200m entfernt.
