Hey, ich Micha suche dringend eine(n) Nachmieter(in) für mein Zimmer (18-19 qm) in einer 3er WG. Die Wohnung insgesamt hat ca.75qm, verfügt über eine Küche inklusive Spülmaschine, Badezimmer, komplett eingerichtetes WG-Wohnzimmer und einen Wäschekeller inklusive Waschmaschine. Parken könnt ihr problemlos direkt vor der Tür und das Fahrrad könnt ihr im Hinterhof gut geschützt vor Wind und Wetter abstellen. Die Bushaltestelle von der ihr problemlos in alle Richtungen kommt ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt und auch zur Fh sind es höchstens 8 Gehminuten. Einkaufen könnt ihr auch ohne Probleme, mit dem Rad seid ihr in 3 Min bei Lidl oder Kaufland, auch ein großer EDEKA ist nicht viel weiter entfernt. Interesse? Meldet euch einfach unter:

Optimal für Fh- bzw. Hs-Studenten wie gesagt in nur ein Paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Busse in die Innenstadt, Richtung Bitburg, ins Industriegebiet/ Richtung Luxemburg fahren auch nur 3 Minuten entfernt ab.
Wobei der Fußmarsch nach dem letzten Bus, in der Nacht, aus der Innenstadt auch in 10-15 Minuten ganz locker abgelaufen werden kann.
