Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem Doppelappartement im ersten Stock und Küche und Bad werden gemeinsam benutzt. Die Mitbewohnerin ist sehr nett! Es ist ca. 11 qm² groß, möbliert, hell und verfügt über einen Balkon. Im Keller ist eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner. Die Universität sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind per Fuß in zehn Minuten zu erreichen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist auch vor dem Haus.
