Ich suche zum 1.7.2013 (auch etwas später möglich) eine(n) Nachmieter(in) (Nichtraucher) für mein helles Zimmer in einer netten 3-er WG (m/m/?). Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Uninähe "Im Treff". Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Wasgau, Bäckerei, Schreibwaren etc.) ca. 1 Min. entfernt fußläufig erreichbar, Aldi, Edeka usw. ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Bushaltestelle in die Stadt ca. 3 Min. entfernt. Das Zimmer ist ca. 13 qm. groß und ausgestattet mit einem Schrank, der kostenlos übernommen werden kann. Die Wohnung hat neben einem großen Bad (mit Badewanne, Toilette, Waschmachine) noch eine separate Toilette. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Gefriertruhe, Herd usw. Hinzu kommt ein großes Wohnzimmer mit angeschlossenem Balkon, Fernseher und umfangreicher DVD-Sammlung für gemütliche WG-Abende. Die Miete beträgt 325 Euro. (alles inkl.)
