Mein Zimmer ist ideal für Studenten geeignet!!
Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 16m² groß und beinhaltet bereits viele nützliche Möbel: 1 großen Schreibtisch, 1 Schreibtischstuhl, 1 Lampe, 1 großes Bücherregal, 1 Kleiderschrank, 1 Bett, 1 kleinen Schrank und einen Sessel.
Das Zimmer hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick. Außerdem gibt einen großen Parkplatz.
Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer, sodass ich bis Anfang April ausziehen kann. Das wäre ebenfalls ein perfekter Zeitpunkt für Dich einzuziehen! :D

My room is suitable for nearly all requirements of a student!!
The room is around 16 m2, with a lot of necessary furniture: 1 large desk, 1 office chair, 1 lamp, 1 large book shelf, 1 wardrobe, 1 single bed, 1 small cabinet, and an armchair.
Especially, the room has a good view to look outside. And the parking is spacious.
I'm looking for a new renter for my room, so that I can move out at the beginning of April, this is also a perfect time for you to move in! :D
Am Trimmelter Hof, Tarforst. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in 1 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar! Bis zur Uni braucht man keine 5 Minuten mit dem Bus und bis in die Stadt fährt man knapp eine halbe Stunde!
Das Gebäude befindet sich in der Nähe von 3 Supermärkten: ALDI, Dm und EDEKA. Diese sind in 7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen oder auch direkt mit dem Bus. Außerdem gibt es rund um das Gebäude sehr viele Grünfläche, wo man sich wunderbar die Füße vertreten oder auch laufen gehen kann!

Am Trimmelter Hof, Tarforst. Only 1 minutes for walking from the building to the bus station! And just under 5 minutes by bus to the University Trier, and around 20 minutes to City Center!
The building is located near 3 supermarkets: ALDI, Dm, and EDEKA, with 7 minutes by walking, or you can also take bus to go directly to the supermarkets. Moreover, there is a lot of green spaces around the building for your walking or running!
Die Küche und das Badezimmer werden mit einer weiteren Frau geteilt. Sie ist sehr nett, hilfreich und freundlich. Sie ist 24 Jahre alt und spricht sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared with one girl. She is very nice, helpful and friendly, can speak German and English well! She is around 24 years old.
