Kühlschrank, Wama, Spülma alles vorhanden. Parkplatz vor der Tür + Radkeller. Einkaufsmöglk, Post, Bäcker etc vor der Tür sowie Natur . Mit Bus 10' Stadt zur Stadt (5 Linien im Semester).
Ich bin 31 und schreibe an meiner Masterarbeit. Meine Partyzeiten sind rum! Zimmer erstmal bis Sept./Okt. danach vermutlich auch Übernahme der Wohnung oder WG-Neugründung o.ä. möglich.
Bitte NUR Anfragen, wenn oben genanntes zutrifft. Gerne auch ruhige, ordentliche Studierende, die häufig am WE in der Heimat sind etc. Ich bin nicht sozialphobisch oder ähnliches, sondern kommunikativ und aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Ich mag nur ehrlicher Weise im letzten Semester weder Dauerparties in der Wohnung, Ersatzmama oder Trier-Führerin für Erstis spielen, noch eine Kuschel-WG gründen, da ich einfach zu viel zu tun habe. Für ein Bier, Glas Wein etc bin ich aber immer wieder gerne zu haben ;)
