The room is about 18 square meter and is rented out furnished(bed,desk,shelves ,wardrobe,chair,shoe rack, study lamp). A very large window for that beautiful view. Wireless internet available all covered with the rental fee, won’t be required to pay extra cost.
The furnished apartments are rented with flat rates for additional costs, which also include the costs for electricity and internet. In principle, we conclude rental agreements with a contract term of 12 months. The rental agreement is automatically extended by a further 12 months if it is not terminated by one of the parties 3 months before it expires.

Min. Es besteht eine gute Busverbindung in die Stadt (mit den Buslinien 6/16 und 81 etwa 15-20 Min.). Ein Einzelappartement kostet 309 € und Kaution 618 Euro.Die möblierten Wohnungen werden mit Nebenkostenpauschalen vermietet, in denen auch die Kosten für Strom und Internet enthalten sind. Grundsätzlich schließen wir Mietverträge mit einer Vertragslaufzeit von 12 Monaten ab. Der Mietvertrag verlängert sich automatisch um weitere 12 Monate, wenn er nicht von einer der Parteien 3 Monate vor Ablauf gekündigt wird.
They apartment is very quiet, shops are easily accessible.You can reach the city center in a short time, bus station is just a 2 minutes walk,the bus comes with every 10 minutes . Also there is enough parking space for cars.
I’m a student , I also live in the flat share but will be going away for Internship Oppurtunity.
