Ich ziehe zum 15. 5 aus und damit wird mein altes Zimmer in der WG frei
Das Zimmer hat 12 m² und liegt auf der Seite zum Hof, deshalb ist es im Zimmer sehr ruhig, auch wenn man das Fenster auf hat. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster, welches mit Jalousien komplett abgedunkelt werden kann.
Die Wohnung besteht aus drei WG-Zimmer, einer hellen Küche mit Spülmaschine und einem Bad mit einer Waschmaschine
Unten im Keller haben wir einen eigenen Kellerraum, sowie einen Fahrradschuppen, den wir uns mit unseren Nachbarn teilen.
I'm moving out on the 15th of May, which means my old room in the shared apartment will be available. The room is 12 square meters and located on the side facing the courtyard, so it's very quiet inside even when the window is open. The room has a window that can be completely darkened with blinds.
The apartment consists of three shared rooms, a bright kitchen with a dishwasher, and a bathroom where, as you can see in the pictures, there's a washing machine :)
Down in the basement, we have our own storage room as well as a bike shed that we share with our neighbors.
Die Wohnung ist in der Verdistraße, und liegt somit in einer ruhigen Gegend.
Du kannst zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten Lidl, DM, den Nells-Park, Subway und McFit erreichen. (Die Nähe zu McFit hat dafür gesorgt, dass ich wieder mehr Sport gemacht habe;))
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ungefähr 5 min entfernt und von da aus kann man sehr leicht zur Porta Nigra fahren. (Es fährt über die Nacht durch ein Nachtbus an der Bushaltestelle.
The apartment is located on Verdi Street, in a quiet area. Within walking distance, you can reach Lidl, DM, Nells-Park, Subway, and McFit in just a few minutes. (The proximity to McFit has motivated me to exercise more ;))
The nearest bus stop is about 5 minutes away, from where you can easily reach Porta Nigra. (There's also a night bus that runs through the night from the bus stop.)
Die WG befindet sich gerade in Aufbruchstimmung. Wenn du einziehst, wirst zu mit Joshua und Ahn zusammen leben, allerdings wird ein Monat später am 1. 7. 24 Joshua mit seiner Freundin zusammen in eine Wohnung ziehen, wodurch sein Zimmer auch frei wird. Dadurch hast du natürlich die Möglichkeit die WG mitzugestalten und deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin oder deinen zukünftigen Mitbewohner mit auszuwählen:)
Zu Joshua
Er ist 28 Jahre alt, studiert Jura und steht kurz vor seinem Staatsexamen. Oft trifft man ihn in der Küche für sein Staatsexamen lernen. Wenn er gerade nicht am lernen ist, ist er immer offen für ein Plausch in der Küche
Zu Ahn
Sie ist 23 Jahre alt und studiert Informatik an der Uni Trier. Sie ist vor 5 Jahren aus Vietnam nach Deutschland gekommen. Meistens arbeitet sie bei Kazumi, deshalb ist sie nicht oft in der Wohnung. Dadurch ist die Wohnung öfters leer, weshalb du gut Gäste einladen kannst, ohne dass die Wohnung voll wird.
Bei uns war es eher eine Zweck-WG, allerdings kann es sich natürlich ändern, wenn du einziehst und du mit entscheidest für die/den Nachfolgerin/Nachfolger von Joshua
The shared apartment is currently in a transitional phase. When you move in, you'll be living with Joshua and Ahn. However, a month later, on July 1st, 24, Joshua will move into an apartment with his girlfriend, freeing up his room. This means you'll have the opportunity to shape the dynamics of the shared living space and help select your future roommate.
About Joshua:
He's 28 years old, studying law, and is about to take his state exams. You'll often find him in the kitchen, studying for his exams. When he's not studying, he's always open for a chat in the kitchen
About Ahn:
She's 23 years old, studying computer science at the University of Trier. She moved from Vietnam to Germany five years ago. She mostly works at Kazumi, so she's not often at home. This means the apartment is frequently empty, allowing you to invite guests without overcrowding the place.
