auf Grund meines Auslandssemesters suche ich einen zuverlässigen, netten Zwischenmieter, der sich in meinem schönen teilmöblierten Zimmer (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Bücherregal) für maximal ein halbes Jahr wohl fühlt. Dein Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß, sehr hell und mit Balkon. Die 2er-Wg in Trier- Nord mit deiner lieben Mitbewohnerin, 20, ist super ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Tel.-/Internetflat, Kabelanschluss, Wohnküche…) und liegt relativ nah zur City und zur Uni ( jeweils 10 min Fahrt mit Bus). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Parkmöglichkeiten, Kellerstellplatz etc.- alles da. Rauchen in der Wohnung möglich. Warmmiete beträgt 249 Euro.
