Hallo zusammen,
da ich im nächsten Semester ins Ausland gehe werde, würde ich gerne mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete anbieten.
Das Zimmer ist vom 01.Februar bis 31.August frei. Über das Ende kann man aber auch noch reden.
Das Zimmer ist 19m² groß und ich stelle meine Möbel (u.a. großer Kleiderschrank, Bett und Schreibtisch) natürlich zur Verfügung.
Deine Mitbewohner sind offene und richtig sympathische FH Studenten. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und würden uns über einen netten, umkomplizierten Zwischenmieter als Ergänzung für unsere WG freuen.
Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und hat alles was man braucht.
Der anliegende Garten ist im Sommer wunderbar zum Grillen oder ähnlichem.
Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt in Trier-Nord und hat u.a. eine Bushaltestelle (St.Paulin) und einen Aldi in nächster Nähe.
Die Porta ist zu Fuß in 10min erreichbar.
