da ich für ein Praktikum das schöne Trier für ca. 6 Monate verlassen muss, suche ich einen Zwischenmieter für mein sehr gemütliches 14m² Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön hell und ich würde es vollständig möbliert übergeben.
Von der Lage ist unsere Wohnung super. Zu Fuß sind es keine 10min zur Porta und zur Treviris und die Mosel ist fast direkt vor der Haustür. Sowohl die FH als auch die Uni sind daher sehr gut zu erreichen und auch die Anbindung nach Luxemburg ist kein Problem, da die Bushaltestelle nur 3min Fußweg entfernt ist (der Bahnhof wäre auch gut zu erreichen).
Unsere 3er WG (20-25 Jahre) ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben eine sehr gemütliche Wohnküche mit Sofa und sogar einer Spülmaschine. Ein Tageslichtbad sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner sind auch vorhanden. In der Miete von 230€ sind alle Nebenkosten enthalten (auch Internet- und Telefonflat, Kabel usw.).
