Da ich mein wunderschönes Zimmer bald verlassen muss, suche ich nach einem/r Nachmieter/in. Das Zimmer ist 13qm gross. Das Zimmer habe ( Kleiderschrank , Lampe und Bettmatratze ). Die wohnung habe Die Küche und das Bad (Waschmaschine, Badewanne, Trockner) sind voll ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der Uni (1,1 km) und es gibt eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Zu Fuss dauert es ca. 15min zur Uni und mit dem Bus 2-3 Minuten.
Supermärkte wie Aldi, dm, Edeka sind zu Fuss in 5min zu erreichen.

As, I have to leave my beautiful room soon, I am searching for a tenant. This room is 13 qm in size. Although its partly furnished(wardrobe and lamp, bed mattress). The flat has a separate You have a fully equipped kitchen, Washroom (Bath tub, Washing Machine, Dryer ).
The location is very close to Trier University (1.1 Km) and you have a bus stop right down the apartment. By foot, it would take 15 minutes and by bus it is 2-3 minutes.
Supermarkets such as Aldi, Dm, Edeka is just 5 minute foot distance.
