Gesucht wird ein neuer Mitbewohner für unsere schöne Altbau-Wohnung in Trier-Süd.
Das Zimmer ist 18 qm groß, hat, wie die restliche Wohnung, schönen, alten Dielenboden und kostet inklusive aller Nebenkosten sowie Telefon und DSL 290 Euro.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein sehr großes Bad mit Eckbadewanne und eine große Küche. Der Garten kann mitbenutzt werden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, 5 Geh-Minuten vom Süd-Bahnhof entfernt, von wo aus man direkt nach Luxemburg kommt.
