Hallo, da ich meine liebe WG zum 01.09.2009 verlassen werde, suche ich eine Nachfolgerin. Das Zimmer ist 15qm groß,sehr hell und liegt im 2 OG. Wir haben ein Bad mit Dusche/Wanne, sowie ein seperates Gäste WC. Die Nutzung des Gartens steht jederzeit zur Verfügung und läd zu gemütlichen Grillabenden ein. Die Lintzstraße verfügt über eine günstige Busanbindung in Richtung Universtität (Fuß + Busweg = 20min). In die Innenstadt sind es nur wenige Fußminuten und Supermärkte sind direkt um die Ecke.
