Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in einer Seitenstraße der Saarstraße, wo fast alles in 5 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu genüge vorhanden (Lidl/Plus/Edeka...). Direkte Busanbindung an die Uni, Südbhf. in 3 min erreichbar.
