Für dich gibts ein Zimmer mit ca. 12m². Dann gibts eine große Küche und noch ein Wohnzimmer. Im Keller ist genug Platz für Fahhräder und auf der Straße kannst du Problemlos dein Auto abstellen. Waschmaschine (im Keller-Waschraum) , Kühlschrank, Herd usw. ist vorhanden.Zudem gibts ein Hausmeister Service. Die Volksbank, Sparkasse, Busplatz, Südbahnhof sowie Lidl, Netto und Edeka ist in wenigen Schritten erreicht. Der Hauptmarkt ist zu Fuß in ca. 15min erreicht. Dein Anteil alles Inkl. mit DSL beträgt 280,-€. Viele Grüße
