Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und hell. Es hat Laminatboden und wird im Winter dank der Gasheizung sehr schnell warm. Momentan ist es weiß gestrichen,darf aber gerne verschönert werden.
Die Wohnung hat eine gute Busanbindung zur Uni (3), sie liegt in unmittelbare Nähe zum Südbahnhof und die Innenstadt kann in ca. 10min zu Fuß erreicht werden. Lebensmittelläden(Edeka,Lidle,Netto) sind ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen.

mein Name ist Susi, ich bin 20 Jahre alt und studiere Mathe und Erdkunde auf Lehramt. Ich suche nach Möglichkeit, nach einem Student/einer Studentin in meinem Alter, da mein jetztiger Mitbewohner mit dem Studium fertig ist und auszieht.Am liebsten jemand geselliges,der auch gerne Party macht ;) Ich wohne seit Januar hier und bin sehr zufrieden, vorallem die Stadtnähe ist sehr attraktiv und läd zum shoppen und bummeln ein.
