Hallo ihr Lieben :)

für meine neue Wohnung suche ich ab sofort eine nette Mitbewohnerin.
Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung in Trier-Süd. Sie hat ein großes Tageslichtbad, eine kleine gemütliche Küche und ein Wohnzimmer.
Dein Zimmer ist 12qm groß und hat eine Empore mit Leiter. (Die Empore ist als Schlafbereich gedacht, kann aber natürlich auch anders genutzt werden.)
Die Bushaltestelle mit Uni und Innenstadtanbindung ist direkt vor der Tür und auch Supermarkt, Bäcker, etc. sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
Die Warmmiete beträgt circa. 360 Euro (ist bisher aber nur eine Schätzung des Vermieters, da ich auch gerade erst eingezogen bin).
Ich selber bin 19 und fange jetzt an der Uni Trier mit dem Studium an.
Ich fände es schön wenn es keine Zweck-WG wäre und man mal zusammen kocht oder einen DVD-Abend macht.
