Hallo zusammen,
ich suche vom 1.3.2013 bis zum 31.8 oder 31.9 eine Zwischenmieterin für ein Zimmer in einer 2er WG. Die Wohnung ist 80m² groß und wurde 2010 komplett renoviert. Sie verfügt über eine große komplett ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Spülmaschine zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Büro. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Im Erdgeschoss bzw. im Keller besteht die Möglichkeit ein Fahrrad oder ähnliches unterzubringen.
Eure potentielle Mitbewohnerin ist 31 Jahre alt und studiert Innenarchitektur.
Ihr könnt euch die Wohnung nach Absprache die ganze Woche über anschauen. Fragen etc. beantworte ich euch gerne per Email.

Die Wohnung liegt in Trier Süd und man kann alles Wichtige schnell zu Fuß erreichen.
Man ist fix in der Innenstadt und Bushaltestellen bzw. Der Südbahnhof sind direkt um die Ecke.
Eure potentielle Mitbewohnerin ist 31 Jahre alt und studiert Innenarchitektur im 6 Semester. Sie ist gebürtige Triererin und kennt sich deshalb gut in der Stadt aus. Wäre also auch in der Lage Trier Neulinge mit hilfreichen Tipps zu versorgen.
Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock eines Altbaus und wurde 2010 komplett renoviert. Außer euch wohnt nur noch eine weitere alte Dame im Haus mit der man gut sehr auskommt.
