in unser schönen 3er-WG wird vom 15.03 - 01.05. ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20qm groß und hat bodentiefe Fenster, die nach hinten zur Terrasse rausgehen und ist vollständig möbliert.
Die südliche Top-Lage ermöglicht dir eine ausgezeichnete Busanbindung (Töpferstraße, Südbahnhof) Richtung überall! Wichtige Einrichtungen wie
die Moselküste, Lidl, Netto, Edeka, diverse Bäcker, Optiker, ein Fotostudio, ein Second-Hand-Laden, ein Bahnhof sowie etliche Frisöre und eine Tankstelle liegen direkt in der Nähe.
Für Praktikanten oder Arbeitende in Luxemburg:
Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich eine Busanbindung nach Luxemburg.
Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die 20-30qm große Terrasse zur Südseite, die gerade im Frühling und Sommer für gesellige Abende super geeignet ist.
Für den gesamten Zeitraum von 1,5 Monaten habe ich 400€ für das Zimmer angesetzt, da sich eine Monatsmiete auf 300€ beläuft. Gerne nehme ich auch Anfragen für nur einen Monat oder mit einem leicht verschobenen Zeitfenster entgegen.

In our beautiful 3 person flat 1 room is available from the 15th of march till the 1std of may The room has about the size of 20qm, has big windows and is fully furnished.
It's situated in the nice southern Trier, is close to the Mosel river, various bus stations, Southern train station and several supermarkets such as Edeka, Netto and Lidl.
For people, who work or do an internship in Luxembourg: Just over the road is a bus stop to Luxembourg.
A highlight of the flat is a huge south side terrace, which especially in spring and summer invites u to spend a nice evening there with friends.
For the whole time of 1,5 month the room would cost 400€. If u are interested but would like to stay for example only a month u are welcome to contact me as well, and we will sort something out.
