Außerdem grenzt ein Büro mit großem Schreibtisch und Bücherregal an das Zimmer an.
Die Wohnung hat eine große, komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine und kleiner Abstellkammer, sowie einem Kellerraum und zwei Wohnbereiche mit jeweils zwei Zimmern.
Zentrale Lage mit sehr guten Verkehrsanbindungen sowohl in die Stadt, als auch nach Luxemburg und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt.
In der WG wohnen derzeit noch zwei Juristen, einer arbeitstätig in Luxemburg und Promotionsstudent. Die Andere hat gerade ihr Rechtsreferendariat beendet und zieht nun aus, da sie zum 15. Juni einen Job gefunden hat.
Eventuell kann die Zwischenmietzeit verlängert werden.
Das Zimmer kann selbstverständlich auch zum 1. Juli vermietet werden.
