Hallo liebe WG Sucher,
ihr schaut euch hier ein WG-Zimmer in einer super 4er WG an. Ich verlassen nach 5 Jahren das WG-Nest, da ich mit meiner Freundin zusammen ziehe.
Wir haben auch einen Hof und einen kleinen Garten wo wir im Sommer öfters grillen. Im Erdgeschoss ist noch eine Vierer WG. Der Vermieter wohnt auch im Haus, ist aber der unkomplizierteste den ich bis heute erlebt habe. Unsere Partys haben Ihn nie aus der Reserve gelockt, er hat uns stattdessen noch vor Nachbarn verteidigt. Also einfach eine super WG.
Das Zimmer kann gerne nach Absprache mit mir besichtigt werden.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Nikolausstraße, also sehr zentral aber nicht mitten in der Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Innenstadt usw. sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zu den ÖPNV zur Uni sind es nur 2 min.
Da wir momentan 2 arbeitstätige und 2 Studenten sind ist es der Spontanität überlassen ob wir etwas zusammen unternehmen, grundsätzlich sind wir jedoch alle sehr kontaktfreudig und mindestens für einen Plausch in der Küche langts immer. Wenn das Wetter es erlaubt wird auch mal gegrillt oder am Wochenende gemeinsam los gezogen.
