Jahre alt und werde ab WiSe2021 in einer anderen Stadt leben. Aus diesem Grund suche ich eine Nachmieterin für mein Zimmer, welches teilmöbliert ist.
Ich suche eine nette Mitbewohnerin für eine 2er WG. Ich biete eine sehr schöne moderne Wohnung in Stadtnähe an. Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmer die relativ gleich groß sind (13 und 14 m2), außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr hell, hat eine offene Küche/ Wohnzimmer/ Esszimmer, sowie einen sehr großen Balkon. Zusätzlich ist eine Tiefgarage für 80€/ Monatlich mietbar. In den 560€ sind bereits alle Kosten inbegriffen (Wärme, Strom, gebrauch von Möbeln usw.)
Das Zimmer könnte teilmöbliert gemietet werden.
