Die Wohnung befindet sich im wunderschönen Trier Süd. Deine zwei Zimmer sind zusammen ca. 30qm groß und teilen sich in ein Wohn- und ein Schlafzimmer auf. Eines der beiden Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer für das andere. Die Fenster beider Zimmer gehen richtung Westen raus und geben einen schönen Aussicht auf die Abendsonne.
Ansonsten: Es ist ruhig. Post kommt an. Es lässt sich hier leben.

The shared flat is located in the beautiful Trier Süd. Your two rooms (yes, two) have an approximate size of 30m². The larger room is a walk-through room for the smaller one. All windows of the the two rooms have an orientation towards west. Therefore, allowing for a beautiful view on the sunset.
Beyond that: It's calm. Post arrives. It's a good place to live.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke und eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter Verbindung zur Uni ist in 150 Meter Entfernung zu erreichen. Aber auch die Hochschule ist sehr bequem mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Falls man Laufen, Rad fahren oder Spazieren möchte sind es bis zur Mosel nur 2 Minuten Fußweg. Für Luxemburgpendler befindet sich der Südbahnhof 5 Minuten entfernt und die Linie 118 hältdirekt vor der Haustür.

Supermarkets are directly around the corner (LIDL, Edeka and Netto). A bus stop with a direct connection to the university is located in front of the building. Also the "Hochschule" can be reached easily by bus. If you want to for a run, a walk or a cycling tour, you will be able to reach the river side within a few minutes of walking. For people commuting to Luxembourg, the train station "Trier Süd" , can be reached within 5 minutes of walking. Also the bus line 118 (to Kirchberg) stops directly in front of the building.
Ich bin 33 und arbeite als Ingenieur in Luxemburg. Ich bin ein eher ruhiger Typ und ziehe gemütliche Abende mit Brettspielen oder einen Wein an der Mosel einer Partynacht vor. In der Vergangenheit habe ich in verschiedenen WGs gewohnt und hatte nie Probleme. Mit den Mitbewohnern hatte ich immer ein sehr gutes Verhältnis und würde dies gerne fortsetzen. Ich suche also nicht nach einer Zweck-WG.
Für Unternehmungen am Abend oder am Wochenende bin ich eigentlich immer offen.

I am 33 and work as an engineer. I am a calm and prefer chill evening with a board game or wine by the river instead of a party night. In the past I have lived in different shared flats and didn't encounter problems. With the flatmates I always had a good relationship and would like to continue like that. Therefore, I am not looking for a "Zweck WG".
Usually, I am open to activities in the evening or during the weekend.
Die angegebenen Sonstige Kosten sind die Vorauszahlung für Internet, Strom, Gas (für Warmwasser) und GEZ.
Ein früherer Einzug ist unter Umständen möglich.
