Wir sind eine gemischte 4er WG (2/2) und suchen ab September eine neue Mitbewohnerin für längerfristig.
Das Haus liegt direkt an der Mosel, dein Zimmer hat 2 große Fenster in Richtung Fluss, 21 m² und kostet 310 € inklusive aller Nebenkosten (strom, wasser, wlan, telefon-flat usw).
Die Wg ist super ausgestattet (mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Toaster, Gefrierschrank, Saftpresse etc) und man ist zu Fuß in ca 10 min im Zentrum.
Die Möbel könnten alle abgekauft werden (Ikea, 1 großes Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schubladenschrank, Raumteiler mit Fächer, Schreibtisch, Rollcontainer, Couchtisch & Laptoptisch)
