Hallo, für mein Zimmer in einer netten 3er Wg suche ich schnellstmöglich einen Nachmieter. Die Wohnung liegt relativ nahe zur Fh. Bushaltestelle ist quasi vor der Tür, aber zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad ist man auch recht schnell in der Innenstadt. Die Wohnung hat eine Wohnküche mit allen nötigen Ausstattungsgegenständen. Das Bad hat eine Dusche und Badewanne, außerdem gibt es ein Gäste-WC. Internetflat ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Meine Mitbewohner (m,24,Jura und w,21,Philosophie und Deutsch auf Lehramt) sind beide sehr umgänglich und deshalb suchen sie auf keinen Fall jemanden für eine Zweck-Wg. Mit den 315€ sind sämtliche Kosten für die Wohnung ( Miete, Nebenkosten, Internet) abgedeckt. Bei Interesse bitte eine Mail schreiben.

Die Wohnung liegt in Trier West direkt in der Nähe einer Bushaltestelle. Zur Fh ist es nicht weit und auch die Innenstadt ist mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß recht gut zu erreichen.
Es wird niemand für eine Zweck-WG gesucht.
In der Wg gibt es einen kleinen Kater.
