Hallo liebe WG-Suchende,
wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen Mitbewohner!
Das Zimmer ist gemütliche 13 qm groß und normal geschnitten. Es ist eines von drei Einzelzimmern in einer insgesamt 95 qm großen Wohnung.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 310,00 €, die Kaution liegt bei 527,00 €.
Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur FH Trier, die Uni ist aber auch gut zu erreichen, da wir eine prima Busanbindung haben (Haltestelle Bitburger Straße).
Das Zimmer ist zurzeit mit einem Kleiderschrank, einem Bürostuhl und einem Regal teilmöbliert. Dazu können wir für den Anfang auch eine kaum genutzte Matratze als Bettersatz anbieten!
Im Keller haben wir eine Waschmaschine und ein Abstellräumchen für zB Fahrräder.
