WG-Zimmer in der Aachener Straße

Die Lage ist tatsächlich sehr gut. Wir wohnen quasi direkt an der Mosel (so ist spazierengehen oder joggen in Premium-Qualität möglich). Bis in die Stadt sind es zu Fuß ca. 12 Minuten und bis in den Wald ca. 15 (es geht bergauf, aber dafür hat man eine herrliche Aussicht von der Mariensäule). Direkt, also wirklich direkt neben uns ist der Kaufland. Dadurch ist einkaufen wirklich schnell gemacht (auch durch die entspannten Öffnungszeiten). Zusätzlich ist innerhalb von 5 min quasi alles wichtige zu erreichen: Apotheke, Edeka, Lidl, die Luke (ziemlich gute (Tanz-)Kneipe) uvm.
Speziell die Anbindung nach Luxemburg und an die Fachhochschule ist sehr gut! Parkmöglichkeiten super easy. Bis zur Uni muss man allerdings erst bis zum Rathaus laufen, um von dort aus den Bus zu nehmen. Dann aber auch nur 12min Fahrt hoch.

The location is actually very good. We live almost directly on the Moselle (so walking or jogging is possible in premium quality). It's about a 12-minute walk to the town and about 15 minutes to the forest (it's uphill, but you have a wonderful view from the Mariensäule). The Kaufland supermarket is right next to us. This makes shopping really quick (also due to the relaxed opening hours). In addition, virtually everything important can be reached within 5 minutes: Pharmacy, Edeka, Lidl, the Luke (pretty good (dance) pub) and much more.
Especially the connection to Luxembourg and the University of Applied Sciences is very good! Parking is super easy. However, you first have to walk to the town hall to get to the university and then take the bus from there. But then it's only a 12-minute ride up.

Das WG-Leben ist sehr harmonisch,entspannt und recht international! Du wirst zusammenwohnen mit Yulia, Salem (Julian) und Mohammad, wobei Mohammad uns vermutlich ebenfalls aus beruflichen Gründen bald verlassen wird. So kannst du bei weiteren Castings gerne mitentscheiden, wer noch bei uns einzieht :) Es wäre gut, wenn du keine Angst hast auch englisch zu sprechen (keine Sorge: jede(r) ist auch fähig deutsch zu sprechen). Wir kochen gerne, daher gibt es vor allem kulinarisch bei uns immer etwas spannendes zu entdecken. Hin und wieder gehen wir auch zusammen feiern oder spielen Gesellschaftsspiele. 2-3 Mal im Jahr veranstalten wir auch mittel- bis große Partys, in welcher quasi das ganze Haus eingebunden wird. Hier können wir mit unserem Party-Keller auf einige stabile Events zurückblicken (Schwarzlicht, DJs und wummriger Sound).

Life in the shared flat is very harmonious, relaxed and quite international! You will be living with Yulia, Salem (Julian) and Mohammad, although Mohammad will probably also be leaving us soon for professional reasons. So you are welcome to help decide who else moves in with us at further castings :) It would be good if you are not afraid to speak English (don't worry: everyone is also able to speak German). We love to cook, so there is always something exciting to discover, especially from a culinary point of view. Every now and then we also go out to celebrate together or play board games. 2-3 times a year we also organize medium to large parties in which the whole house is involved. We can look back on a number of stable events in our party cellar (black light, DJs and booming sound).
