Ich suche zum 01.07 eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine nette 6er Wg. Die Wohnung hat eine große Wohnküche mit Sofa und Fernseher und Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Alles in der Wohnung ist renoviert, nur der alte Dielenfußboden wurde gelassen, was sehr schön aussieht. Die Zimmer sind auf zwei Etagen verteilt, sodass man oft gar nicht merkt, dass 6 Leute in der Wg wohnen. Dein Zimmer befinden sich in der unteren Etage. Das Haus hat einen großen Innenhof zum Fahrräder abstellen und Grillen im Sommer. Kaufland ist direkt um die Ecke, genauso wie eine Bushaltestelle. In die Innenstadt ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Also wenn du Student bist und eine schöne Wg suchst, bist du hier genau richtig. Schreib einfach eine Mail oder ruf an und komm vorbei. (:
