Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 2 er WG. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca. 60 m² groß, liegt im Erdgeschoß und hat viele Fenster mit Aussenjalousien. Die Wohnung hat eine große Küche und ein schönes Bad mit Waschmaschine. Zur Wohnung gehört ausserdem ein Kellerraum und zusätzlich ist ein Fahrradkeller im Haus vorhanden.
Dein zukünftiges WG Zimmer ist ca. 20 m² groß, unmöbliert und hat einen Fernsehanschluss.
Lage
Die Wohnung ist in der Aachener Str, in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Kaufland und der Mosel. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Bushaltestelle (Linie 1, 81) ist 5 Minuten entfernt und die Innenstadt in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
