We offer student rooms (also well for flight assistants since the airport can be reached in 10min) in a charming town house in Troisdorf, directly in the city center.
We have currently one room for one person (15qm) available. Rent per room 400 Euro including costs for heating, electricity, water,...The room comes semi-equipped with bed, cupboard, and desk if needed. Extra costs for a weekly cleaning women to be shared amongst all tenants (20 Euro a month).
You are surrounded by several bars, restaurants and shopping facilities. The central station is within three walking minutes with direct access to the Cologne airport (15min), Cologne center (20min) or Bonn (25min). Troisdorf is a green city with a huge natural resort and forest. There are several possibilities for sport, such as tennis, horse riding or jogging.
The house is laminated with wood floors, a fully-equipped kitchen and a newly renovated bathroom, TV and internet access. At the first floor you find the kitchen with a guest toilette and three student rooms; at the second there are another three bedrooms and the bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. The two bathorooms have to be shared with max 3 Persons. The house has a lot of light and a friendly atmosphere.

Everybody is welcomed who is nice, friendly and willing to share place with different people from different cultures.
The monthly fee is 420 Euro including all costs related to heating, water and electricity. Extra costs for a weekly cleaning women to be shared amongst all tenants. No extra costs will be charged. Bed linen is not provided. Minimum age for rent is 18. Minimum stay is six month.
