ich suche für mein schönes, innenstadtnahes WG-Zimmer für zwei Monate einen Zwischenmieter.
Das Zimmer ist 18qm groß, hell und möbliert. Zudem haben wir ein gemeinsames, großes Wohnzimmer mit Sofas und großem Esstisch. Die Küche wurde vor einem Jahr von uns neu eingebaut und bietet viel Arbeitsfläche.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Ihr könnt alles Wesentliche zu Fuß erreichen (REWE ca. 5 min., Marktplatz ca. 5 min., Uni ca. 10 min.).
Meine sehr nette Mitbewohnerin ist 22 und studiert Sport, Geographie und Spanisch.
Bei Interesse meldet euch bei uns.
Sehr gute Lage in Nähe der der Innenstadt. Uni, Marktplatz und Supermärkte sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man ca. 10 min. ins Freibad oder in die Natur.
