Das Zimmer ist hell, einfach geschnitten, sehr geräumig und unmöbliert. Es hat zwei Fenster, zwei Heizkörper und der Boden kann Dank Laminat leicht gewischt werden.
Wasser, Strom, Heizung, Müll, Hausmeisterdienste, Reparaturen, Internet, Rundfunkgebühren sind in der Miete enthalten. Ein Waschgang im Keller kostet 1 Euro. Weitere "versteckte" Kosten gibt es nicht.
Die Wäsche kann im Keller aufgehängt werden. Das Fahrrad kann ebenso im Keller abgestellt werden.
Dazu gibt es eine abschließbare Fläche im Keller von 6m² Größe - derzeit leer -, welche benutzt werden kann.

The room is bright, simple, very spacious and not furnitured. It has two windows, two heaters and the laminated floor can be cleaned easily.
Water, electricity, heating, trash, janitor services, repairing services, WiFi and broadcasting fees ("Rundfunkgebühren") are all included. Using the washing machine in the basement costs 1 euro per cycle. There are no other "hidden" fees.
Clothes can be left to dry in the basement. A bike can be stored in the basement as well.
A 6m² space in the basement can be locked and used - it is currently empty.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im Zentrum von Tübingen und ist dennoch völlig still gelegen. In der Nähe sind Saints and Scholars, Rewe, der botanische Garten, das Easy Fit, die UB und die Innenstadt - alles erreichbar in maximal fünf bis 10 Gehminuten Minuten. Bisherige Mitbewohner konnten sich die Monatskarte für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr meist sparen ;-)

The room is located in the centre of Tübingen, yet very quiet. Nearby is an Irish Pub ("Saints and Scholars"), a supermarket ("Rewe"), the botanische Garten, a fitness club ("Easy fit"), the university library and the inner city - all within five minutes reach by foot. Most roommates didn´t have to buy monthly tickets for public transporation services and saved money ;-)
Ich bin berufstätig, habe ein festes soziales Umfeld, bin auch oft beruflich auswärts und habe deswegen keine Kapazitäten, ein reges WG-Leben zu bieten. "Leben und leben lassen" ist meine Devise gepaart mit ein paar Grundregeln zu den Themen Müll, Hygienen.

In den 575 Euro sind neben Gas, Internet, Rundfunkgebühren, Strom und Wasser schon einberechnet. Weitere „versteckte“ Kosten gibt es nicht.
Die Waschmaschinen im Keller benötigen pro Waschgang einen Euro.
