Hey, ich suchen für das frei werdendes Zimmer eine oder einen netten Mitbewohner/in. Das Haus befindet sich in Nähe des Stadtzentrum - so ist alles bequem und zügig zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im Preis von den 160€ ist Internet und TV mit dabei. Nebenkosten sind ca. 50€. Ich biete ein voll möbliertes Zimmer (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch) inklusive Balkon Zugang.
Bushaltestelle und Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen.
Zu mir: ich bin 23 Jahre alt und studiere BWL. Ursprünglich ich komme aus Jordanien und lebe in Deutschland seit 2 Jahre. Ich würde mich sehr freuen über einen Mitbewohner mit dem man abends auch mal etwas kochen oder um die Häuser ziehen kann.
