The room is very comfortable (good bed, desk, lamp, furniture). Ideal for a student. It has all the necessary furniture. Kitchen is very spacious and comfortable to cook as well.
Nice community. Cosy dorm, especially in terms of living space, number of floormates (there is a good balance of having people but not being crowded). Toilets and showers are also comfortable.
Plenty of facilities: gym/sports room, library, studying and seminar rooms. Big garden. Stocherkahn. Bar. Washmachine.

Great Location, very central. Central locations, bars etc. are within walking reach.
Gym, garten, Stocherkahn, a library and seminar/studying rooms are available. Great atmosphere to join events if you like. Great flatshare and good balance.
I am subletting my room, so interested people should be students or soon to be students. Please shortly introduce your self, whether you are in Tubingen, when you can move in :)
You could also apply to the dorm to stay longer (Karl Heim Wohnheim) if you like :)
