Die Wohnung hat 4 Zimmer und ein Keller- und Dachbodenabteil. Das Dachbodenabteil ist direkt über der Wohnung und dient als Abstellraum und bietet viel Platz zum Wäsche trocknen. Das Zimmer ist in ruhiger Lage, die Hausbewohner sind leise und nett.
Wenn Du erst im September einziehen willst, auch kein Problem!
Das Zimmer ist ca. 300m vom Kaufland und ca. 400m vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Bis in die Innenstadt sind es keine 10min Fußweg. Durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof und zur Stadt ist die Lage optimal für Bus-und Nichtbusfahrer.
Meine Mitbewohner sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Deshalb biete ich mein Zimmer auch nur zur Zwischenmiete ;-)
