In the spacious room with high ceiling you can let your mind run free. The large window guarantees that the room is brightly illuminated during the whole day and the shutter helps you to keep cool even in high summer. Furniture is included as preferred: Two huge wardrobes for all your clothes, a desk with lots of space to study, a bed, a sideboard as well as a shelve. In case you prefer to bring your own furniture or only want to use parts of the items already installed, you can simply remove them as you wish. Washing machines and dryers are at your disposal in the basement downstairs. The kitchen is already equipped with everything necessary to cook.The shared flat has free High-speed internet and Wifi! All costs are included! In case you want to hit the gym but you are too lazy to leave the building (just like me), you can simply visit the well-equipped gym room in the basement (I will gladly give you the code for the key safe to enter).
The calm location in the southern city of Tübingen is is perfectly suited to study and take a break from the city center bustle. The forest and meadows nearby offer opportunities for jogging, MTB, wandering, going for a walk...you name it. The lively city center and the university are both in reach within only 8 minutes by bus line 1 departing right in front of the outside door (or 11 minutes by bicycle). For groceries shopping you can go to Lidl and Edeka around the corner or take the bicycle to Kaufland. There are plenty of parking possibilities nearby.
The kitchen is the place where you can meet while cooking, engage in inspiring conversations or even plan some activities together. In case you want some time for yourself, nothing easier than that, too.
In agreement with the landlord, I sublet this room for the remaining two months of the summer term (August and September), because I will leave for a semester abroad. Nevertheless, you can stay in for long term! All you need to do is sending a regular application to the administration of the student residence (Studierendenwerk Tübingen).
