Das Zimmer ist ca. 20qm groß und besitzt drei große Fenster Richtung Süden sowie einen Zugang zum Balkon und ist schön hell. Der Boden ist mit neuwertigem Laminat ausgelegt. Die Warmmiete beträgt 314€. Dazu kommen noch Strom (14€) sowie Internet (ca. 15€).
Der Vermieter möchte eventuell die Miete geringfügig erhöhen.
Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht: Bad mit Badewanne und Toilette, Küche, Abstellkammer und einen Kellerraum. Im Keller sind 2 Waschkeller mit Münzwaschmaschinen vorhanden.
Direkt vorm Haus ist eine Bushaltestelle (Wanne-Kunsthalle, Linien 5, 13 und 17,).Tagsüber fährt mind. alle 10 Minuten ein Bus. In die Stadt braucht man ca. 12 min mit dem Bus. Die Uni-Klinik und die Morgenstelle sind in 5 min mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Zwei Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke usw.
Die WG würdest du dir mit Britta (21) teilen. Sie studiert Germanistik und Französisch im 4. Semester und ist sehr nett, ordentlich und unkompliziert.Wir haben uns öfter in der Küche zum Quatschen getroffen, aber wenn man seine Ruhe haben will, ist das auch gar kein Problem.
