Unsere Dreier-WG hat ab sofort ein Zimmer frei zur Zwischenmiete bis 31. August 2022 frei.
Es handelt sich um ein sonniges 12(,5)m² großes Zimmer mit Fenster zur Südseite. Im Zimmer ist außerdem ein eigenes Waschbecken. Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 290 € im Monat (= Zimmermeite + Strom + Heizung). Im Zimmer ist aktuell ein Bettgestell, ein Sessel, großes IKEA Kallax Regal sind auch vorhanden, müssen aber nicht genutzt werden.
Das Zimmer gehört zu einer WG im 1. Stockwerk, mit einem großen Bad und Küche und sogar einem zentralen „Wohnzimmer“ mit gemütlichem Sofa und TV. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und unser ganzer Stolz ist die darin enthaltene Spülmaschine. Im Bad ist eine Badewanne/Dusche, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das WC ist praktischerweise separat vom Bad.
Die Wohnung liegt am östlichen Stadtrand von Tübingen in der Nähe der Haltestelle Neckarsulmer Straße, 50 Meter entfernt vom Neckar, sozusagen kurz vor Lustnau.
Die derzeitigen Bewohner sind wir, Michael und Sebastian, 29 bzw. 30 Jahre alt und beide Studenten an der Uni TÜ. Wir kennen uns schon sehr lange, unternehmen daher viel gemeinsam (Sport, etc) was aber nicht heißen soll, dass Du da mitmachen musst. Wenn Du auch so entspannt bist wie wir und die Entwicklungsstufe des selbständigen Ordnung Haltens überschritten hast, dann schreib uns doch gerne wegen einem Kennenlernen/Besichtigung.

Our three-person flat has one room available for interim renting until August 31, 2022.
It is a sunny 12(.5)m² room with a south-facing window. The room also has its own washbasin. The rent for the room is €290 per month (= room rent + electricity + heating). The room currently has a bed frame, an armchair, and a large IKEA Kallax shelf which don’t need to be used.
The room belongs to a shared flat on the 1st floor, with a large bathroom and kitchen and even a central "living room" with a comfortable sofa and TV. The kitchen is well equipped and our pride and joy is the included dishwasher. The bathroom has a bath/shower, washing machine and dryer. Luckily the toilet is separate from the bathroom.
The apartment is on the eastern outskirts of Tübingen near the Neckarsulmer Straße stop, 50 meters from the Neckar, just before Lustnau.
The current residents are Michael and Sebastian, 29 and 30 years old and both students at the University of TÜ. We've known each other for a long time, so we do a lot together (sports, etc.), but that doesn't mean that you have to take part. If you are as relaxed as we are and have passed the stage of development of keeping yourself in order, then please write to us.
