Es handelt sich um den liebevoll ausgebauten Dachboden mit vielen Fenstern, Holzfußboden, Licht und viel, viel Platz.

From February to April (with the possibility of extension if both sides agree), a large room of approximately 40m2 will be available. It is furnished with a bed, a couch, and wardrobes. It is the affectionately converted attic of a large house with many windows, wooden floors, and a lot of light and space.
Das Haus befindet sich am Bühler Ortsrand, eine Bushaltestelle ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und der Bus fährt 15 min zum Hbf. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es ca. 20 bis 30 Minuten. Gegenüber befindet sich ein Supermarkt. Die landschaftliche Lage von Bühl ist sehr schön - hier gibt es das wunderschöne Bühler Tal, den Rammert, den Neckar und den Bühler See in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Im Summer lädt aber der fast parkähnliche Garten dazu ein, einfach viel Zeit zuhause zu verbringen.

The house is located on the outskirts of Bühl, a bus stop is a 5-minute walk away, and the bus takes 15 minutes to the central station. It's about 20 to 30 minutes by bike. There is a supermarket opposite. The scenic location of Bühl is very beautiful - here you have the wonderful Bühler Valley, the Rammert, the Neckar, and the Bühler Lake in the immediate vicinity. In summer, the almost park-like garden invites you to spend a lot of time at home.
Das Haus wird von ein lebendigen Gemeinschaft von sechs Erwachsenen und einem Kind (8 Jahre) bewohnt. Es ist möglich, sich sowohl aktiv in die Gemeinschaft einzubringen oder den ausgebauten Dachboden als Rückzugsort wahrzunehmen, für beide Möglichkeiten bestehen optimale Bedingungen. Gemeinsames Kochen, Spaziergänge und andere Ausflüge werden regelmäßig unternommen.

The house is inhabited by a lively community of six adults and one child (8 years old). It is possible to actively participate in the community or to use the converted attic as a retreat; optimal conditions exist for both options. Shared cooking, walks, and other excursions are regularly organised.
