Das Zimmer ist ca.12 m² groß. Es hat zwei große Fenster. Es ist ruhig und bekommst wenig Lärm ab. Das Bad ligt direkt daneben. Es ist zum teil möbliert: Bett mit Lattenrost und Matraze, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, 2 kleine und ein größeres Kallax Regal.
Die Ablösesumme beinhaltet die genannten Möbel im Zimmer, die vor kurzen neu gekauften Bad Möbel und die von der WG gemeinsam gekauften Wohnzimmermöble (siehe Fotos).

The room is about 12 m². It has two large windows. It is quiet and you don't hear much noise. The bathroom is right next to it. It is partly furnished: Bed with slatted frame and mattress, desk, chair, 2 small and one larger Kallax shelf.
The price includes the above-mentioned furniture in the room, the recently purchased new bathroom furniture and the living room furniture purchased together by the flat-sharing community (see photos).

Wir sind 6 Menschen, die in einer schönen Neubauwohnung mit 6 Einzelzimmern, gemeinsamer Wohn-Küche und zwei Balkons zusammenleben.
Uns ist eine Beschäftigung und Sensibilität mit verschiedenen Diskriminierungsformen (wie Sexismus, Rassismus, Antisemitismus, Klassismus) und ihrer Intersektion wichtig.

We are looking for a FLINTA (women/lesbian/inter/non-binary/trans/agender) person for our FLINTA shared flat in Tübingen. No cis men.
We are 6 people living together in a beautiful new build flat with 6 single rooms, shared kitchen/living room and two balconies.
It is important to us to deal with and be sensitive to different forms of discrimination (such as sexism, racism, anti-Semitism, classism) and their intersection.
It would be nice if you are interested in living together, already have experience of living in a flat-share and know what is important to you. We want honest communication and consideration for each other.
