The room is spacious with 30m2, with an additional 9m2 balcony. Its very bright due to the wide windows.
Its facing the inner court of the residential building, where families and friends come to enjoy some sun and drinks. It even has a sandpit, if its your thing.
You will be sharing the kitchen, bathroom and separate toilets with 2 PhD students, both originating from India. As such, being able to speak English is a per-requisite.
The kitchen as everything needed, a 4 burner stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large fridge and a freezer.
The bathroom has a shower and a laundry machine
The balcony is marvelous and even allows you to grow plants. Still, the sun doesn't directly hits the windows and the room stays fresh even when its 40° outside. It is attached to your room and hence is yours :)
A cave and a storage room are available for storing all the stuff that couldn't fit in your 30m2 :)
A covered bike parking area is just by the corner, you can actually watch over your precious bike from your window
The flat is the groundfloor appartement of the 3 towers compex of Derendingen. It is occupied by families and retired people. It is quiet and nicely well kept.
The neighbourhood has 2 bakeries, Aldi and DM reacheable by feet.
It takes me ~10m by bike to reach the city center, and 27 min (absolute record) to go up to Morgenstelle.
If lazy, a bus stop (Feurehagle) is just by the corner with the lines 5 and 3.
I am looking for someone to take over my room and who would respect our WG life style. We are 3 PhD students, so enjoying peace at home after work is highly necessary. We are not a party WG, but feel free to do whatever as long as everyone agree ;)
The moving date is flexible; from mid-september to the 1st of october. I can interview candidates from the 17th the 25th of August :)
Then, it's up to the landlady to accept your application !
I am also selling by bed. 140*200 mattress (+ cover and bamboo overbedding) is included, with few scratches. Price is 140€
