WG-Zimmer zur Untermiete in Tübingen-Hagelloch

Die Wohnung ist im Tübinger Ortsteil Hagelloch, direkt an der Bushaltestelle Hagelloch Rathaus. Von dort fährt unter der Woche im 15-Minuten-Takt ein Bus in Richtung Innenstadt (ca. 15 Minuten Fahrt), am Wochenende halbstündlich. Zwei Busstationen entfernt gibt es einen dm und ALDI.
Der große Vorteil an Hagelloch ist die Ruhe und Nähe zur Natur. Innerhalb von zwei Minuten ist man am Waldrand, von wo aus beliebig lange Spaziergänge oder Radfahrten unternommen werden können. Zwar ist man etwas außerhalb des Tübinger Stadtkerns, aber wir haben die Vorteile innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu schätzen gelernt.

*LOCATION*
The flat is located in Tübingen-Hagelloch, directly at the bus stop “Hagelloch Rathaus”. During the week, it is connected to Tübingen city centre every 15 minutes, on the weekends every 30 minutes. The bus ride is approximately 15 minutes. Two bus stops from here, a dm and ALDI are located for grocery shopping.
The big advantage of Hagelloch is the tranquility and closeness to nature. Within two minutes lies the forest, from where you can take walks / bike rides as long as you like. While Hagelloch is admittedly a bit outside of Tübingen’s city centre, we’ve learned to appreciate the advantages within the shortest amount of time.

Deine Mitbewohnerin ist Luisa, sie ist 29 und in den letzten Semestern ihres Medizinstudiums. Zur Zeit arbeitet sie im Projekt für ihre Doktorarbeit, und wird dafür regelmäßig an der Universität sein. In ihrer Freizeit spielt sie Basketball, spielt Klavier und liest gerne. Im WG-Zusammenleben ist sie gerne für ein nettes Gespräch zu haben, aber ohne Druck – wie es sich eben ergibt. Generelle Grundwerte sind für sie Sauberkeit und keine übermäßigen Feieraktivitäten. Darüber hinaus interessiert sie sich sehr für einen nachhaltigen Lebensstil, wie z.B. pflanzliche Ernährung. Im Optimalfall würdest du diese Grundeinstellung teilen, es ist allerdings kein Muss!
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, mit Küchengeräten, Kühlschrank, Ofen, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine im gemeinsamen Keller. Die Gewürzeschublade in der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen.

*LIFE*
Your future flatmate Luisa is 29 years old and studyig in the last semesters of her medical studies. She is currently working on a project for her doctoral degree, and will thus be at the university regularly. In her free time, she enjoys playing basketball, playing the piano, and she is also an avid reader. For living together in a shared flat, she is always open for a nice chat, but in a relaxed way, without forcing things too much. Generally, it would be important for her to have a flatmate who has a good awareness of cleanliness, as well as somebody who does not plan on partying to an excessive amount during their time in the flat. Furthermore, she is interested in a sustainable lifestyle, including – amongst others – eating plant-based. Ideally, you would share this core value, but you do not have to consider it mandatory.
The flat is equipped with everything you need, like kitchen devices, fridge, oven, dishwasher, a washing machine in the shared basement. On top, there is an extensive collection of spices in the kitchen.

Über das genaue Datum von Mietbeginn und Ende können wir sprechen! Luisa und ich sind ein Paar, haben hier also bisher zu zweit gelebt. Ich werde sicherlich an dem ein oder anderen Wochenende mal zu Besuch in Tübingen sein.

The exact dates of moving in and out can be discussed! Luisa and I are in a relationship, thus we have lived here together until now. I will most definitely come to Tübingen for a visit on one weekend or another.
