hi :) wir sind Greg (er, ihm; 28, Student Amerikanistik) und Locke (sie/ihr; 25, Studentin Soziale Arbeit) und suchen ab August eine:n neue:n Mitbewohner:in für unsere 3er WG in der Altstadt (neben der Stiftskirche, direkt am Holzmarkt).
Über das Zimmer: es ist das kleinste der 3 und geht nach hinten hin raus mit Blick auf den Innenhof. Es wird unmöbliert vermietet, du kannst also deinen ganz eigenen vibe mitbringen :) vllt relevant: in den Zimmern und im Flur liegt Teppich. Maße sind 3,27m x 4,06m.
!! Zudem ist das hier eine Safe Space für Personen jeglicher Herkunft, POC und LGBTQIA+ Personen. Falls das für dich ein Problem sein sollte, ist das wahrscheinlich nicht das richtige Zimmer für dich!
hi :) we are Greg (he, him; 28, studies American studies) and Locke (she/her; 25, studies social work) and we’re looking for a new roommate for our 3 person flat share.
About the room: it’s the smallest of the 3 with a view of the backyard. It’ll be rented out without any furniture inside, so you can make it your own space :) This might also be relevant: the bedrooms and hallway are carpeted. Measurements are 3,72m x 4,06m.
!! This flat is a safe space for people of all races or ethnicities, genders, identities and orientations. If that bothers you, this isn’t the right apartment for you.
Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder (eins mit Badewanne und eins mit Dusche), eine große Küche/Esszimmer, einen Abstellraum, Platz auf dem geteilten Speicher und ein Kellerabteil (da unten ist es allerdings relativ feucht). Fahrräder haben unten im Hausflur Platz.
Supermärkte und andere Läden sind ziemlich nah und fußläufig erreichbar: ~3min zu Edeka oder Alnatura, ~15min zu einem großen Rewe oder Kaufland.
Die Wohnung ist im 1. Stock und dadurch leider nicht geh-behindertengerecht
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a big kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a tub), a supply closet, some attic and basement space (sadly it’s a bit humid down there). There’s space for bikes etc. in the downstairs hallway.
Supermarkets and other stores are very near by (~ 3min of walking to Edeka or Alnatura, ~15min to bigger supermarkets like Rewe or Kaufland).
The flat is on the first floor and not wheelchair accessible.
Über uns: grundsätzlich sind wir eine offene und respektvolle WG, würde also mal sagen: alles kann, nichts muss. Wir haben alle unser Leben und brauchen auch mal Rückzug, aber zusammen abhängen und versacken ist auch total schön- natürlich ohne Druck :) die WG formiert sich aber grade auch ein bisschen neu, Locke kommt auf August aus dem Auslandssemester zurück das heißt die Dynamik wird sich in der neuen Konstellation entwickeln. Aber grundsätzlich sind Empathie, Solidarität und Kommunikation voll wichtig :)
About us: we’re pretty open and friendly people but we think this need to be a space where anything is possible but nothing is forced. We all have lives and need time to unwind but time spent together just hanging out or having gatherings is always appreciated- without pressure of course :) since Locke will be coming back from a semester abroad in august the dynamic will unfold in the new line-up though. But in general empathy, communication and solidarity are important!
