Ich vermiete mein Zimmer im Annette Kade Studi-Wohnheim für den Monat September. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, sich nach der Zwischenmiete auf einen festen Mietvertrag zu bewerben. Möglicherweise könntest Du das Zimmer (oder ein anderes im Wohnheim) also auch längerfristig mieten.
Das Zimmer ist mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Wandschrank, Schreibtisch, Beistelltisch und Stuhl möbliert. Im Zimmer befindet sich ebenfalls ein Waschbecken. Die Küche und die Duschen/Toiletten teilt man sich mit der Etage.
Momentan ist es im Kade wegen der Semesterferien eher ruhiger, unter dem Semester finden aber zahlreiche Veranstaltungen statt.
Das Annette Kade liegt sehr zentral. Es gibt insgesamt 87 möbilierte Einzelzimmer, die sich auf vier Etagen verteilen. Der Großteil der Zimmer ist um zwei helle und grün bepflanzte Atrien herum gruppiert. Wir Bewohner*innen kommen in mehreren Wohnküchen zusammen zum Kochen, Essen und Plaudern. Unser Wohnheim ist ausgestattet mit Tischtennisplatte und Kicker, Fernseh- und Veranstaltungsraum, Waschmaschinen und Fahrradkeller. Hinter dem Wohnheim befindet sich ein schöner Garten mit Terrasse und Grillstelle. Auf den beiden jährlich stattfindenden Heimvollversammlungen regeln und besprechen wir alles, um unser Zusammenleben so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Hello!
I am subletting my room in Annette Kade dormitory for the month of September. There is a possibility to apply for a permanent lease after the interim lease. So possibly you could rent the room (or another one in the dormitory) for a longer period of time.
The room is furnished with a bed, closet, wall closet, desk, side table and chair. There is also a sink in the room. The kitchen and showers/toilets are shared.
At the moment it is rather quiet in Kade because of the semester break, but during the semester numerous events take place.
Annette Kade is very centrally located. There are a total of 87 furnished single rooms spread over four floors. The majority of the rooms are grouped around two bright and green planted atriums. We residents come together in several kitchens to cook, eat and chat. Our dormitory is equipped with a table tennis table and foosball table, a TV and event room, laundry facilities and a bicycle storage room. Behind the dormitory is a beautiful garden with a terrace and barbecue area. At the two annual dormitory general meetings we regulate and discuss everything in order to make our living together as pleasant as possible.

Das Wohnheim liegt in der Nähe des Instituts für Politikwissenschaft und des Brechtbaus in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet.
In 10 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß die Mensa in der Wilhelmstraße und die UB.
In 15 min erreicht man zu Fuß in die Innenstadt und z.B. das Bürgeramt.
Es gibt einen nahegelegenen Supermarkt (in einer Minute erreichbar).
Es gibt zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe die innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu erreichen sind.

The dormitory is located near the Institute for Political Science and the Brechtbau in a quiet residential area.
10 minute walk to the Mensa in Wilhelmstraße and the UB.
15 minute walk to the city center and e.g. the Bürgeramt.
There is a nearby supermarket (reachable in one minute).
There are two bus stops nearby which can be reached within 2 minutes.
