Zimmer im Pfleghof für Zwischenmiete

Liebe Wohnungssuchende,

Da ich selbst ausziehe biete ich hier mein Zimmer im selbstverwalteten Studentenwohnheim Pfleghof für November an. Wir verstehen uns als Gemeinschaft von gelebter Wertschätzung und sehen uns als Teil der Tübinger Wohnprojekte. Als Gemeinschaft gestalten wir zusammen das Miteinander und Füreinander im Pfleghof auf solidarische und kreative Weise. Der Pfleghof ist ein Ort des Austausches von Vielfalt, Kreativität und Offenheit. Über Veranstaltungen tragen wir das auch nach außen und stellen gerne gemeinschaftliche Ressourcen der Allgemeinheit zur Verfügung. Hier gibt es Freiraum für individuelle Interessen, die mit anderen geteilt und umgesetzt werden können. Unterschiedliche Lebensrealitäten bereichern das Wohnen im Pfleghof. Grundsätzlich dulden wir keinerlei Art von Rassismus, Sexismus oder jeglichen anderen Typ von Diskriminierung gegen unterdrückte und marginalisierte Gruppen.
Wir sind eine große bunte, laute und manchmal leise Gemeinschaft und suchen Mitbewohner*innen, die sich in diese Gemeinschaft aktiv einbringen möchten!

Als Zwischenmiete hast du die Chance das Leben im Wohnheim unverbindlich auszuprobieren, es besteht jedoch auch immer die Möglichkeit sich auf ein Zimmer im Pfleghof zu bewerben um dauerhaft einzuziehen.

Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 Quadratmeter groß und wir teilweise möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Regal) vermietet. Küche und Bäder werden mit 6-8 Mitmenschen geteilt. Insgesamt leben hier 34 Menschen.

Dear apartment seekers,

Since I am moving out myself, I am offering here my room in the self-administrated student dormitory Pfleghof for November. We see ourselves as a community of lived appreciation and as part of the Tübingen housing projects. As a community we shape the togetherness and forgetherness in the Pfleghof in a solidary and creative way. The Pfleghof is a place of diversity, creativity and openness. We also communicate this to the outside world through events and are happy to make community resources available to the general public. There is room for individual interests that can be shared with others and put into practice. Life at the Pfleghof is enriched by the diversity of life realities. As a matter of principle, we do not tolerate racism, sexism, or any other form of discrimination against oppressed and marginalized groups.
We are a big, colorful, loud and sometimes quiet community and we are looking for roommates who want to actively participate in this community!

As an interim tenant, you have the opportunity to try out dorm life without commitment, but there is always the possibility of applying for a permanent room in the Pfleghof.

The room is about 14 square meters and is partially furnished (bed, desk, chair and shelf). Kitchen and bathroom are shared with 6-8 people. I total 34 people are living here.
