wir haben ein Zimmer zu vermieten. Dieses liegt im dritten und obersten Stock eines Altbaus, mitten in der Tübinger Altstadt zwischen Stiftskirche und Neckarinsel. Von den zwei Fenstern blickt man auf die Bursengasse, die zum Kaffee trinken oder zum Abend essen an lauen Sommerabenden einlädt, und, dahinter, die Platanen der Neckarinsel. Durch ihre Lage in der Innenstadt sind alle Universitätsgebäude und Geschäfte fußläufig erreichbar, die Bushaltestelle erreicht man in zwei, den Bahnhof tatsächlich in sieben Minuten zu Fuß.

Das Zimmer ist möbliert zu vergeben. Das Zimmer ist ab jetzt zu vermieten und das Ende des begrenzten Mietzeitraumes sind zur Zeit noch flexibel und können gemeinsam besprochen werden.

Die Wohnung besticht durch ihren Altbaucharme sowie durch eine schöne und großzügige Küche.

we have a room for rent. It is located on the third and top floor of an old building in the middle of Tübingen's old town between the Stiftskirche and Neckarinsel. The two windows look out onto Bursengasse, an inviting place to enjoy a coffee or dinner on warm summer evenings, with the plane trees of Neckar Island beyond. Due to its location in the city centre, all university buildings and shops are within walking distance, the bus stop can be reached in two minutes, and the train station is actually a seven-minute walk away.

The room is available furnished. The room is available for rent now and the end of the limited rental period is currently still flexible and can be discussed together.

The flat convinces with its old building charm as well as with a beautiful and spacious kitchen with a view of the plane trees of the Neckarinsel.
