Hallo zusammen,
zum 1. Januar wird bei uns in der WG mein Zimmer für 2 Monate frei. Es ist ca 15qm groß und hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf unseren großen Garten. Schaut am besten die Bilder an.
Das Zimmer kann auch möbiliert übernommen werden. Allerdings werden es dann andere Möbel sein als auf den Bildern. Voraussichtlich ein normal großes Bett und ein Schreibtisch. Den Schrank könnte ich auch drin lassen.
Die Wohnung selbst ist für eine Studentenbude rießig. Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer in dem 3 Sofas stehen. Also für jeden Mitbewohner eins ;) Zusätzlich haben wir noch ein gemütliches Esszimmer und eine neue voll ausgestatte Küche (Spülmaschine, Herd, Gefriere, Kühlschrank). Für die sonnigen Stunden, gibt es zudem einen Balkon und der Garten kann mitbenutzt werden. Könnt ja ein Blick auf die Bilder werfen.
In den Nebenkosten ist alles mit eingerechnet, also auch internet/telefon, müll, usw.

Hi together,
with the beginning of next year my room in our shared-flat will be available for 2 month. Its 15 m2 big and has a great view towards our lovely garden. Check out the pictures to get an impression!
If you would like to have a furnished room I could also leave some of the furnitures in there. However they won't be the ones you see on the pictures, except for the cupboard. I could organize another bed and a table.
The flat itself is quite big. We have a spacious living room with a couple of couches in it. Additionally we have a dining room and a brand new kitchen with dish washer, oven, fridge. Just everything you need!. We also have a balcony to sit outside and enjoy the sun ;)
The price of 350 euros includes everything. There will be no additional costs you have to pay.
Lage? Die Lage ist natürlich ausgezeichnet! Ein sehr großer Garten liegt neben dem Haus, so dass man eine schöne Aussicht aus dem Fenster hat, wenn man mal gerade eigentlich lernen sollte.
Wie so ziemlich alles in Tübingen, liegt das Haus natürlich an einem Berg. In die Stadt runter ist es daher mit dem Fahrrad natürlich super angenehm zu fahren ;)
Aber zu Fuß braucht man runter (z.B.an die Uni-Bib) nur ca. 10 min.
Für die ganz faulen gibt es auch noch den Bus (Linie 4, Haltestelle Corrensstraße, oder Linie 6 Haltestelle Winkelwiese)
Am Haus sind auch Parkplätze und eine Garage vorhanden.

The location of the flat is excellent. It's a little uphill from the city, but you only need 10-15 minutes to walk to the city center. The flat is also very close to the Max Planck institutes. It's a 10 min walk uphill.
A bus stop is 2 minutes away (bus line 4)
Janick und Roman sind zwei unkomplizierte, aufgeschlossene Mitbewohner. Janick(21) studiert Medizin im 4. Semester und Roman(25) Russisch und Geschichte auf Lehramt.
Trotz aller Unkompliziertheit und Toleranz solltest du schon stubenrein sein ;) Z.B dich an den Putzplan halten...

My two room mates are very open and uncomplicated. Janick studies medicine and Roman studies russian and history.
As we like to keep the flat nice and clean, we expect you to help cleaning it once in a while.
